Elise commenced her career in human resources in 1998 within the automotive industry and since then has developed extensive experience working as a Human Resources professional. 

Upon relocating to Darwin in 2008 from Melbourne, she joined Hays Recruitment, as Senior Consultant of the Accounting, Finance and Human Resources fields and established and led the delivery of executive search and recruitment with a variety of NT private sector businesses.

In 2012, Elise went on to work with Randstad Recruitment, as a Business Manager where she successfully established the professional’s space in the Northern Territory and engrained Randstad into the Darwin market.

Being based in Darwin for thirteen years, Elise has developed an excellent understanding of the Darwin market and developed a reputation for understanding her client’s needs whilst sourcing high-quality candidates who are suited to her diverse client’s environment.
