Joanne commenced her career in Human Resources in 2017 within the blue collar & mining industry and since then has developed extensive experience working as a Human Resources professional. 

Upon relocating to Darwin in 2016, she joined WorkPac Group, as Business Centre Administration Manager. Through WorkPac, she then moved to Groote Eylandt in 2018 as a Site Manager. Here she maintained the contract as the sole supplier within the mining department while building new relationships and providing human resources services.

More recently Joanne has gained experience in the delivery of professional recruitment processes for the Northern Territory Government and has gained sound exposure in scribing across several government departments.
