Alison has more than 20 years in working as a Human Resources professional. She joined the Beilby Downing Teal’s Government Practice as a Senior Consultant in 2007 and since then has managed a diverse range of recruitment and selection processes within various WA public sector agencies. 

With a broad range of work experience, including teaching, employment in the not for profit sector and consultancy services, Alison has the skillset to undertake roles across all areas of the public sector.

Alison is highly involved in golf administration and after 9 years has recently stepped down as the Chair of the Golf WA’s Golf Management Committee.
