Denise has worked as a Human Resources professional since 1998 and specialises in recruitment and selection within the public sector.  Since joining Beilby Downing Teal in 2003, as the Managing Consultant of the Government Practice, she is responsible for the supervision of a team of Consultants and Administrators based in Perth and Darwin. 

Providing recruitment support at varying levels of seniority with a range of public sector agencies Denise has experience working with legislative structures and has successfully managed over 2,000 recruitment and selection processes.  As a panel member and adviser for government recruitment projects Denise has developed an extensive understanding and experience working within the public sector regulatory framework and applicable standards whilst providing strategic advice and support to her clients.  The variety of assignments include SES appointments, the management of Graduate Programs, bulk recruitment processes in addition to the delivery of workshops and individual coaching sessions to prospective candidates and selection panel members.

Denise establishes excellent relationships with her clients and frequently provides support at the highest level across the WA public sector.  She is committed to providing high quality services to clients and candidates and is a positive Ambassador for WA public sector agencies and Beilby Downing Teal.
