Emily has a broad variety of internal and agency recruitment experience, within a range of industries including local government and not-for-profit, criminal justice, accounting and finance, mining and manufacturing. Degree qualified Emily has over 10 years of recruitment experience and further experience in Human Resources and Procurement. 

Providing a complete turnkey service, Emily provides end-to-end recruitment. She works with integrity and professionalism, ensuring best practice and high-quality service to candidates and clients alike.

Emily has been with BDT for over five years and is the lead consultant for Beilby Downing Teal’s specialist Local Government Recruitment Team, predominantly focusing on Executive positions.
