Hayley commenced her career within the travel industry identifying a passion for people and the drive of a successful sales consultant. As a natural born leader, Hayley progressed into management positions where she received accolades for high performance and leadership.

Since then, Hayley transitioned into the world of recruitment with Australia’s largest recruitment agency before receiving the opportunity to gain exposure in an internal recruitment role at a leading electrical engineering company. 

After an extended maternity leave, Hayley joined the Newcastle team at Beilby Downing Teal to leverage off both her agency and “in-house” recruitment experience. Hayley specialises in the search of Corporate Services and engages primarily with Sales and Business Development professionals.

Hayley provides both retained and contingent recruitment and search services to a broad range of clients within the Newcastle and Hunter regions. Currently, Hayley has responsibility for running RPO services within the Newcastle operations.
