Joy has almost 30 years’ experience working as a Senior HR and Employee Relations professional, she has specialist skills and extensive experience in recruitment and selection within the public sector across various jurisdictions. As well as Code of Conduct investigations, complex performance/behaviour case management in the Commonwealth, State, Local Government and Not for Profit sector. Joy also has experience in classification review; coaching of managers to improve performance; and Human Resources strategy, systems, and policy review, development, and alignment with organisational strategy.
Additionally, Joy brings
her experience working as a Consultant and Senior HR/ER Manager in various
industries in the private sector, including energy, telecommunications, aged
care, hospitals, rail transport, fast food, wool, and security. Joy has a strong background in Employee
Relations involving negotiations and enterprise agreements, is commercially
focused, and has in depth experience aligning HR strategy with, and delivery of
HR services to support business objectives.
