Julie commenced employment with Beilby Downing Teal in 1999, providing recruitment support services to the Education sector while lecturing at tertiary institutions.

Drawing on her experience as a teacher and manager within the Department of Education, Julie leads the education team within the Government Practice specialising in ad-hoc individual recruitment campaigns and high volume bulk processes. Julie has built an excellent reputation in the provision of recruitment support services for Beilby Downing Teal within the WA Education Sector and in 2018 was awarded Beilby Downing Teal Recruiter of the year.

In previous years she has been a Board member of ACHPER, Netball WA and Netball Australia, was awarded a Fellow of ACHPER, a Life Member of Netball WA and an Australian Sports Member in 2000 for services to community sport in Australia.
