Lauren joined Beilby Downing Teal as a Consultant in the Government Practice in April 2021.

Lauren has worked within human resources roles since 2001, including private and not for profit sector. In her roles, she assisted with recruitment and selection processes.

Since joining in April 2021 Lauren has played a pivotal role in supporting the team of consultants in undertaking initial shortlist of applicants, obtaining reference reports and providing general support to the team.
