Nick has over eight years’ experience across professional, internal and executive search recruitment. Leveraging off his previous experience leading ‘in-house’ recruitment functions, Nick partners closely with businesses, understand their operations, culture and pain points, and creates tailored talent engagement and attraction strategies to make the best hire possible.
In his time recruiting, Nick has worked broadly across industries, including manufacturing, mining and resources, infrastructure, government and financial services. He has led assignments ranging from C-suite executives to large-scale apprentice and graduate recruitment drives.
Nick currently has responsibility for Newcastle’s contingent recruitment practice, primarily focusing on professional technical and operational positions across the industrial, supply chain, manufacturing and resources sectors.
Before Nick entering the recruitment industry, he was a practising solicitor specialising in tax law, working for one of the ‘Big 4’ accounting firms. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology, Sydney and Bachelor of Arts (Majoring in Sociology and History) from the University of New South Wales.
