Sharon has over 13 years of experience in New Zealand and Western Australia Public Service including over 2 years in Human Resources with the Northern Goldfields.
Working at the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder in Administration and Human Resources for 7.5 years gave Sharon an extensive understanding of the workings of Local Government and recruitment experience across all classifications.
A move to Perth saw Sharon become a Senior Consultant in agency recruitment for Local Government in WA for over 4 years.
These roles involved the screening and interview of suitable candidates, liaison with clients, and placement of candidates in both temporary and permanent roles.
Sharon takes pride in working with a high level of professionalism and the provision of high-quality service to all stakeholders.
