Project

Energy-Tec, through its data collection and analysis capabilities, has created a niche opportunity to expand its business, particularly through its advisory services.
Beilby Downing Teal’s role is to support the executive management team by providing talented individuals, who fit the organisational culture and work ethic, as the company continues its exponential growth.

The requirement is often immediate and across a wide variety of positions; corporate, technical, sales and management. The market that Energy-Tec operates in is fast moving and subject to a lot of technical change. Our challenge is to find staff that can help orchestrate continuous growth, keep up with technology and move with the company as it continues its accelerated journey.

Success

Over the last 12 months BDT have successfully placed over 10 staff in a variety of crucial growth positions within the company. The client relationship is very strong, and we continue to partner with them as they move from success to success and state to state – increasing Energy-Tec’s resourcing on a national level.

“The service and quality provided by BDT has been very thorough across our very specialist energy market. The roles are very difficult to source, however, Beilby have delivered great candidates that fit our culture as well as our technical attributes. As we expand our services into the Eastern States, we will be calling on Beilby to assist with roles within key positions.” Ed Neilan – Chief Operations Officer.
