You should be aware that we are required by law to retain certain personal information (such as payroll records); such information will not be deleted. If any personal information has been lost or subjected to unauthorised access, use, modification, disclosure or other misuse (Data Breach), Beilby Downing Teal will take all necessary steps to immediately contain the Data Breach, rectify the Data Breach and prevent the Data Breach from occurring in the future.
