The majority of his background has involved labour hire services, catering to tier 1 miners and mining contractors, within the areas of Iron ore, gold and lithium.
Having been exposed to various recruitment processes throughout his time, Aaron takes great pride in candidate selection and working closely with clients in order to exceed their expectations.
