Adrian’s background is in high-level strategic and operational management at senior levels in private enterprise and government. He has held positions as Assistant Commissioner, General Manager and Director in enterprise, government and non-government sectors with extensive experience working alongside CEOs and Boards. Adrian has managed large, complex organisations, particularly at times of significant political, media and community scrutiny. In Adrian’s earlier years he worked in a senior management role in the WA Health Industry where he was responsible for leading and managing a diverse team in excess of 700 employees.

Adrian holds over 30 years’ experience in developing and administering proactive outcomes, through the implementation of sustainable strategies. With a proven track record in improving culture, teamwork, productivity and operational activities through the development, implementation and promotion of simple yet effective best practice methodologies across all levels of the workforce, Adrian is versatile and adaptable with strong business skills.
