Denise’s career in Human Resources commenced in the UK in 1998. Since joining Beilby Downing Teal in 2004 as the General Manager for Government she has become a specialist in recruitment and selection within the public sector and an integral part of the Belby Downing Teal Executive Leadership Team. She has extensive experience in delivering recruitment solutions to a wide range of public sector agencies and helps support and guide selection panels through legislative structures and regulatory frameworks whilst providing strategic advice where required. Specialising in SES appointments, Denise also works with Selection Panels across all levels within government including the project management of large campaigns. Denise establishes excellent relationships with her clients and is committed to providing high quality services to clients and candidates, presenting as a positive Ambassador for WA public sector agencies and Beilby Downing Teal.
