Jade initially commenced her profession in Financial Services and moved into a career in Human Resources in 2012 where she discovered her love for Public Sector recruitment. In 2014 she obtained her Graduate Certificate in Human Resources and joined the Government Recruitment team at Beilby Downing Teal as a Senior Consultant in 2021. Through her human resources career, she has gained considerable experience in assisting a large variety of Government Departments with their end-to-end recruitment solutions across numerous roles and at different levels of seniority. She is passionate about seeing people succeed and progress in their chosen careers, and pro-actively works to deliver positive outcomes to selection panels. Jade continues to strive for excellence and operates with a high degree of professionalism, whilst continuing to build strong relationships with her clients.
