Julie-Anne has worked with a number of WA public sector agencies in various human resources roles since 2001, including the Department for Child Protection; Department for Community Development and the Public Transport Authority. 

In her roles she has assisted in recruitment and selection processes; coordinated and maintained the establishment for allocated portfolios; provided assistance to the OSH Manager; coordinated advertising for current vacancies and redeployment clearances; and undertaken research and analytical support to the development and implementation of Departmental policies.

Since joining the Government Practice in 2010, Julie-Anne has played a pivotal role in supporting the team of consultants in undertaking an initial shortlist of applicants, specialising in high volume processes where a consistent approach is critical; obtaining reference reports; collating data for inclusion within a ‘long list’ of candidates for our private sector clients; and providing general support to the team.
