Kristyn commenced her career in the WA public sector in 2001 working in various HR Advisory roles managing payroll services in agencies across the sector.
In 2006, Kristyn continued to develop her HR experience within the private sector in the United Kingdom working for investment bank Barclays Capital as a Human Resources Operations Manager overseeing the management and leadership of a team of HR Administrators and Advisors. Her experience included leading and managing change and restructures and streamlining and developing administrative processes within Human Resources.
From then, Kristyn has held various Operations and Advisory roles within Engineering and Law Firms in Melbourne and is currently working as a Senior Consultant within the Government Practice. Using her public sector experience Kristyn delivers a high level of results in end-to-end recruitment processes as well as job classification / design, change management and restructure projects. With a commitment to delivering a professional and customer focused service, Kristyn is also an approachable and supportive team member.
