Terry commenced his career in human resources in 1989 within the TAFE Sector after 12 years working in administrative roles in TAFE Colleges. Since then he has developed extensive experience working as a Human Resources professional.
Terry has mainly worked in the TAFE and Justice/Corrective Services sectors of the WA Public Service, most recently managing a team of Human Resources professionals delivering a variety of services to management teams across the state.
The breadth of experience Terry has gained in delivering HR projects such as managing the change and restructure of a large division of an agency; large performance appraisal programmes; and numerous complex grievance / recruitment / classification processes complements the HR services Beilby Downing Teal provide to the government sector.
