Victoria is a Research Specialist, where she plays an integral role in identifying and engaging talent for a number of sector’s including building, construction, manufacturing, industrial engineering, infrastructure, rail, supply chain & logistics and mining search assignments.

She is passionate about sourcing high calibre candidates for Mid, Executive, C-Suite and Board level positions through engaging in networks and research. Victoria is skilled in market mapping, headhunting and confidentially engaging with potential candidates and in providing market insights & analysis.

Victoria has recently achieved her certificate in Executive Research from the AESC and has a Business Degree from the University of Surrey. She has spent over 14 years in recruitment where she has worked in a variety of talent sourcing roles. She is a Researcher at heart and prides herself on her approach and ability to recommend different solutions, with a focus on innovative, insight led research.
