Garry commenced with Beilby Downing Teal in 2020 providing recruitment services  and business coaching to the Education sector. Garry’s passion and interests  are in assisting people to understand their own learning and how this translates to be effective in leading and developing others.

Garry draws on his 40 years of experience as a senior executive, school principal and teacher with the Western Australian Department of Education.

In addition to his experience within the Education Sector at an international, national and state level Garry is also an accredited business coach specialising in leadership and organizational development. In previous years Garry has been a board member of Australian Children’s Television Foundation and is a current board member of ‘we the people’ a not for profit organization assisting the disadvantaged in the Midland/Swan region of Perth.
