Jade ordinally started her career in Financial Services and then moved to a career in Human Resources as a HR Advisor in 2012 where she was working within the Public Sector space.

In 2014 she obtained her Graduate Certificate in Human Resources and has since joined the Government Recruitment team at Beilby Downing Teal as a Senior Consultant.

She has experience in assisting a large variety of Government Departments with their end-to-end recruitment needs as well as job classifications across a variety of roles, including Specified Calling positions.

She has a passion for supporting Panels to obtain the right fit for the business and enjoys seeing people succeed and progress in their chosen careers.
