Jayne Ebsworthy has recently retired from the Department of Education after 42 years working in a variety of contexts as a classroom teacher, curriculum leader, Deputy Principal and Principal. Jayne’s student focussed approach, together with her strong communication skills and personable approach, has resulted in her building successful school communities renowned for their positive school cultures and improved student progress.

Jayne joined Beilby Downing Teal in December 2022 and is equipped to provide support services to the education sector due to her rich experience staffing a range of schools, including her work as Foundation Principal establishing a new government primary school.
