Kristi commenced her career within the WA public sector initially as a Property Valuer at Landgate before transitioning into project management, policy development and organisational strategy and planning.
She has insight in recruitment and selection from within State Government departments and brings to Beilby Downing Teal experience in the policy and processes of candidate selection.
As a senior consultant Kristi draws on her government experience to manage the delivery of integrated recruitment processes from initial shortlisting and interviews through to applicant feedback. She is professional, considered and authentic in her approach, and is accomplished in achieving results for her clients.
