Leeanne has over 30 years experience working within the public sector (both Federal and State) specialising in youth employment and training, careers advice and production of occupational information publications. She has extensive experience in the administration, monitoring and training of apprentices and trainees, and pioneered the Tradeswomen on the Move project promoting employment of females in non-traditional trades.

Leeanne has experience in producing policy and procedures manuals for the administration of apprenticeships and in her past roles has assisted employers with the selection and recruitment of apprentices, trainees and other employees as well as participating on public sector selection panels.

With experience as a police officer, secondary teacher and business consultant in TAFE Leeanne has broad experience in government procedures and recruitment practices. She has a Graduate Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, Bachelor of Education and TAE 40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Since joining the Beilby Downing Teal Government Practice in 2017 Leeanne has provided recruitment support services to a number of public sector agencies, often working on multifaceted processes.
