Siobhan has worked in the recruitment space since 2015, processing bulk graduate recruitment for multiple agencies within the Australian Public Service (APS). Since then, she has worked with many panels from the selection process through to delivery of the selection report. Her experience has spanned various fields including Health, Defence, Housing, Education, Police, Social Services and Finance. In addition to various APS agencies, Siobhan has worked on panels with Non-profit Government Organisations, agencies within the Northern Territory Public Service and various local Councils.

Prior to focusing on government recruitment, Siobhan was employed in a Human Resources capacity in Health and understands the importance of ensuring regulatory processes are adhered to in all levels of government recruitment and human resources. Having lived in the Northern Territory since 2010 Siobhan understands the various skill shortages faced by many industries and has a special interest in lowering attrition rates by ensuring only high quality and suitable candidates are progressed.
